Your goal is to get rid of your anger. Only coping with it is a bad idea.

Coping with anger means that it is still a part of you. It is likely that you often think about the things that annoy you and do not act out, but you are still able to do better. There is still a lingering problem because the anger is still a part of you.

The only time that you should think about the things that make you angry is when you have already forgiven the people involved. When you have forgiven everyone, you will think good thoughts about them and these thoughts will not hurt you at all.

Coping with anger is not good for you health.

It is a somewhat regular thing that people suffer strokes on the same day that they had become angry. And this danger is there for everybody who has anger inside them.

There are more than just strokes that cause a concern. There are also the possibilities of problems with high blood pressures and heart disease that can also directly result from trying to cope with rather than being rid of anger.

Coping with anger is bad for your life.

Count the good decisions that you have made when you were angry. I am sure that you made more bad ones than good ones at this time. The facts are that people do not make good decisions when we are angry.

This means that when you keep anger inside you even when you are coping well so to say, it can still mess up your judgment and cause you to make bad decisions.

Take note of what attracts you.

Notice your preferences. Do you prefer to be around people that are angry? If this is the case, you are probably just coping with your anger. The movies you watch, do they depict angry people getting even, or are they loaded with violence? If your answers are yes, it is a good indication that you can use some assistance with getting rid of your anger.

What you need to do.

If you are coping with anger, there are a number of things you can do to get rid of your anger all together. I won’t even begin to list them.

However, one important thing you can start doing right now is learn how to relax. Anger will bring with it anxiety and tension. You need to be able to recognize these things so that you can get rid of them. As you relax more and more, there will be less anger inside for you to cope with.

Secondly, if you are just coping and you know it, get yourself into a good anger management class. A good class will help you to use the techniques that will help you to become completely free from just coping with anger.

You will not just be coping, you will be in control.

The Link Between anger And Depression

Depression and anxiety are said to be the causes of uncontrolled anger. When a person is constantly worried about problems they have no control over or even problems they do have control over, it often results in depression. If you feel that, there is no hope then your depression can affect your life and cause you to drift down into a spiral of despair.

Taking control of your emotions often produces good results. If you feel that the world is tumbling down around you, then you are probably thinking in a negative way, which instigates depression and anxiety. In this short piece, we will discuss some techniques to help you to cope with anxiety and depression, thus relieving uncontrollable anger.

Firstly, let us take a look at the symptoms. Do you feel like you are going out of your head? Do you shout in your head: ‘I can’t take it any more?’. Do you feel like everyone is out to get you? Do you think people view you as a crazy person? If you are undergoing any or all of these symptoms then you are probably suffering from some form of anxiety and depression.

If you can not find a way to think differently, then you will probably explode when your emotions start to soar and your anger bursts forth. Instead of telling yourself that you are out of your mind, why not tell yourself that you are temporarily emotionally disturbed and that you need to resolve the situation. Review all your problem areas carefully and search your memory to see if there are answers there. Reviewing like this, often opens doors to resources you may have overlooked.

If you feel like everyone is out to get you then you might have a chemical imbalance or a mental illness. Why not go to see your doctor or a mental health expert to learn more about the symptoms and find a way to gain control of your life. Anxiety and depression can play tricks with your mind and sometimes the thoughts are the result of a lack of chemical balance.

If you think that people think you are going crazy, you may want to remember that most people have their own problems and don’t have time to analyze you as a person. When you walk into a room and think that people are staring at you, you might want to remember that all people observe the things around them, checking to make sure that everything is all right around themselves before returning to their own lives.

If you feel like you cannot take it any longer, pick up your torture stick and walk another mile. When times are difficult, it does not mean it is the end of the world, although sometimes it may seem this way. If you are struggling to pay bills, fighting to hold a family together, or having difficulty with your children then remember we all have these problems at some time in our lives.

Are your children driving you bonkers? If they are, take a break. Go and do something entertaining or some exercise. This very often relieves the stresses that lead to anxiety, depression and anger. Life is just too short to worry about the things in life that you cannot change. If you have problems, the answers lie within you, so it pays to look into your head.

If you are really struggling to obtain your goals then you might want to break them down into smaller segments and work patiently to achieve them. If you set goals that are within reason, you will not need to get stressed finding a way to achieve your target.

It is vital to treat yourself each day. Learn some relaxation responses that will benefit both your mind and your body. If you feel overwhelmed, you might want to take deep breaths ten times.

Stretching out on a sofa to watch your favourite film can benefit your mind and body, if you want to destress. Learn to concentrate on what you are doing instead of fretting about what you are not doing. This often clears the mind and allows you to relax.

If you are subject to sustained anger, you will most likely have difficulties for the remainder of your life unless you learn to take control of your emotions. Remember depression leads to uncontrollable anger.
