Best Protein Supplement IS NOT Whey

 

Let me clear up some misunderstandings:

The best protein supplement is absolutely NOT a whey protein supplement.

As A Matter Of Fact, for about 88% of white people, a whey protein supplement is POISON.

This means that if you are using a whey protein supplement there is an 88% probability that you are poisoning yourself.

This article is my unique contribution to the protein supplement debate. I have not encountered it covered anywhere else, and I now recognise that this matter is critical. This is not hype, I have written this so that you give this article the proper attention it deserves.

I’d like you to meet lectins

Lectins are a class of proteins that have the misfortune of chemically reacting with certain blood types while being completely neutral to others. Lectins are found in different foods and as such these foods will react poorly with certain blood types
When you eat up lectins that are inappropriate with your blood type you create digestive, metabolic and immune distress. The base for this damage is that lectins will make your blood cells, as well as other cells, to bind to one another. I’m certain you can see how having clumps of cells travelling through your physical structure can have many and far extending negative outcomes
Well what does all this have to do with picking the best protein supplement?
Plainly this: a protein supplement carries the lectins from the food from which it was created

If you consume a casein protein supplement you will be consuming casein lectins.If you eat a whey protein supplement, you will be consuming whey lectins.If you eat a soy protein supplement, you will be consuming soy lectins. The aforementioned story goes for a protein supplement from rice, hemp, eggs, or any other protein source

Thus, if you eat a protein supplement which was produced from food that reacts badly with your blood type you will experience effects like: immune system reaction in the form of food alergy, impaired protein digestion, inflammatory and autoimmune disease, damage to intestinal lining and many more
I don’t believe this, 88% is just too high a number?
Percentages of White population by blood type:
O Blood Type – 47%
A Blood Type – 41 %
Type B – 9%
Type AB – 3% ( reference, straight from my high school anatomy class book)

Type A and Type O are discouraged to consume either whey or especially casein as it contains lectins that react badly with their blood type — reference, a highly acclaimed nutrition  science book which I will be disclosing later for suspension purposes.

Note: the above information is not up for questioning, it is proven scientific fact, do your personal inquiry and find out.

47 + 41 = 88% of white population should not consume either whey nor casein – these two are the most commonly referenced as: “best protein supplement” protein supplements on the planet.

Let me pose a qestion!
How can a protein supplement that isn’t good for most of the white population (and actually detrimental) be considered the best protein supplement?

Only so you don’t overreact to these statements let me add a a couple of things:
– for type O, casein is worse when compared to whey;  if you are a [healthy] type O, you can consume whey now and again and be free of symptoms; you should not consume casein at all even if you are healthy;
– for type A, the aforesaid rules as for O, with one exception, there is a 20% chance that whey will be neutral for you, but you have to test for this;

{!! please don’t make the supposition that merely because you are a healthy type O (or A) you should consume whey, it is still detrimental for you. Consuming a bag of chips won’t make you sick, but it still has bad effects on your body. Why should you minify your results when there are choices that are actually advantageous} for you? For [example for the type O, beef has a constructive effect on health. Just cast out that whey and consume beef if your blood type is O. Type A should not adopt this strategy.~ Avoid the mistake of thinking that since you are a healthy type O you should continue using your whey protein supplement~Do not make the mistake of thinking that just because you are a healthy type O you should ignore this advice~Refrain from thinking that just because you are a healthy type O (or A) you can ignore this advice and just continue using your whey protein supplement~If you care about yourself (and I assume you do) avoid the thinking: “well I am a healthy type O and I’ve been ok with this protein supplement so I guess I am just gonna keep using it”. This is not a good ideea simply because you will be experiencing less than optimal results and doing yourself some gratuitous harm on this path. Think of it like this — a serving of french fries won’t kill you, but it will still be bad for you and cause systemic upset. So unless you really like the taste of whey (inside joke here) there is no reason to keep using it if you are a type O or A}

What you should realize here is that this is more significant than it is commonly understood. You look at people on forums posting and babbling about the best protein supplement without recognizing that:

1 the best protein supplement is based on something called the best protein

2 the best protein doesn’t exist because all people don’t respond well to all protein – let me to say this again: no protein is beneficial for everybody, so there is no such thing as the best protien, or the best protein supplement.

I have preached about this before but it must be understood:
The best protein supplement is the protein supplement that is best for YOU.
And what is healthy for you is bad for someone else, so the whole concept of the best protein supplement is absolute marketing hype.

PS: If you’re reckoning to yourself: how can this be true, how come nobody speaks about this? Then just remember that the FACT that preservatives, artificial flavoreres, taste enhancers and other neurotoxic agents are used in your food is quite common knowledge. 3. Practice like a maniac – Face up to it if you’d like to learn how to boost your vertical, you have got to practice – and practice a lot. You need to literally be out every day practicing for as much time as possible . Set your goal and do not quit until you reach it.

If you’re into health and fitness, you are well aware of the importance of properly stretching your muscles before exercising. Performed on a daily basis, stretching can keep you limber and prevent injury during your day to day activities. There are two methods used most often, and they are dynamic stretches and static stretches.

When performing dynamic stretches, speed, momentum, and active movement are used to stretch the muscles. These are the stretches usually performed before starting a strenuous activity. This type of stretching is common among professional and competition athletes, but it has benefits even if you’re not heading into an intense workout as it has been shown to be highly effective at reducing muscle tightness. Some standard dynamic stretches are exaggerated kick motions, lunges, and waving your arms in circles.

Static stretching is another technique that has been used for years to prevent injury and enhance performance. Many people use the terms “static stretching” and “passive stretching” interchangeably. But they are actually two different things. In a static stretch, a muscle is stretched as far as possible and then held in that position. In contrast, passive stretches involve using an external force, such as a machine or another person, to help take the muscle through its range of motion.

There are advantages and disadvantages to both static and dynamic stretches – your choice depends on your stretching needs. Static stretches have come across some controversy amongst a few fitness professionals. According to studies, static stretching may have a negative effect on your performance, and doesn’t necessarily guarantee that you will be safe from injury. Meanwhile, there is also research to show that dynamic stretching can work quite well and protect you from injury.

So what can you take from this information? Of course, it’s important to do the proper stretching, no matter which technique you select. You won’t get hurt by static stretches, which have been proved to warm up muscles and boost circulation. When you have a gym workout planned, you can certainly benefit from doing these. However, if you are going to be involved in intense exercise, you should probably consider incorporating dynamic stretches into your routine. Consulting an expert is always a good idea.

Back stretching is critical to relieving the pain of a bad back. Taking medication will only relieve the pain, it won’t solve the problem. Using back stretching equipment is particularly effective because it will automatically position your spine for maximum benefits.

Not having the motivation to exercise and eat healthy is very disheartening to a lot of women today.
Life always has some type of excuse, so it’s not hard to find a reason why you don’t workout and eat right.  The list of excuses could probably go on and on.
